About Our Owners and Founders

Russ Courtney has a B.S. from Clemson University and completed post graduate work in surveying and civil engineering at Auburn University. Russ has been self employed since 1994, and in surveying since 1984. He holds a North Carolina Professional Surveyors License. He is also the Vice-Chairman of the North Myrtle Beach Planning & Zoning Commission.

Bryan Pittman, P.L.S. & R.F. is a Clemson Graduate, with a surveying family tree. His father was a surveyor and Bryan grew up in the family business.

About Our Work

Our company uses data collection field equipment and all plats and plans are drawn on computers using autocad land development and civil design programs.
